Held Order Queue
Also called: exceptions list, problem queue, held orders.
The held orders someone has to fix, with the ones that could still go today first. Each person's share is My holds: data holds for the clients an Account Manager manages, stock and cancellation requests for a warehouse's Warehouse Managers, and red tags for Floor Supervisors.
