Order Hold
Also called: order block, held order.
One open reason an order can't take its next step, such as Unknown product. A held order keeps its Order Status and its reserved stock, and carries on from where it stopped once its last hold clears.
Where you’ll see it
Under the order in Orders, in the Holds panel on each order's page, and in the order list's Holds column.
