Activity Reversal
A Billable Activity that cancels an earlier one when the work is undone, such as a reversed receipt or a reopened parcel. Recorded activities are never changed or removed, so totals are counted after reversals.
Where you’ll see it
On Billing › Billable Activities, as Reversal of an activity with its reason, and in the Activity Reversal column of the download.
