Capture Gap
Also called: missing charge, billing gap.
Something missing from a shipped order's Billable Activities, such as picked units that differ from the units shipped or a Shipment with no Label Cost. It never stops the order shipping: a Finance Manager or Warehouse Manager adds the missing activity by hand with a reason, or checks off extra picked units.
