CSV Mapping
Also called: import template, column map, field mapping.
A client's saved match between the column headings of its order spreadsheet, and the Service Level values it uses, and the standard order fields. A client can have several, one for each shop it exports from. Each upload uses the one whose headings match, and asks again when the headings change.
