Label Cancellation
Also called: void, delete label, relabel.
Cancelling an order's carrier labels before they go on a manifest: to reopen a labelled parcel, to correct the address, to change the service, or when a Packed order is cancelled. Each old label is peeled off and scanned before the parcels move on.
Where you’ll see it
On the order's page as Cancel labels, and at the Pack Station as Reopen and cancel labels.
