QA Fault
Also called: QA error, defect.
One thing a QA Check found wrong on an order line: a wrong item, a missing unit, an extra unit or a damaged unit. Wrong and extra units go back to stock, damaged ones go to quarantine, and the missing ones are picked again.

On the QA page and on the Order Timeline, as Wrong item, Missing, Extra or Damaged.
