Service Level
Also called: delivery option, shipping method.
The delivery promise a client offers its shoppers, such as Standard, Next Day or Next Day by 1pm. Each one maps to one Carrier Service at each warehouse, which decides how the order is posted.

Under Dispatch › Service Levels, on each order, and as the Default Service Level in a client's dispatch settings.
