Supervisor Call
Also called: assistance call, supervisor alert, call for help.
A call for help an operative raises from the Rapid Scanner, naming who they are, where they are and the Pick List they are on. A Floor Supervisor answers it from the Pick Board, and the operative's scanner then says who is coming.
