Client Status
Where your account is in its life with your 3PL. It decides what your 3PL can do for you, such as taking deliveries or sending out orders.
Where you’ll see it
Under Account status on Your account, with the date it began.
What each value means
- Onboarding
- Your account is being set up. Your 3PL sends nothing out yet, and takes deliveries only if it has agreed to receive early.
- Active
- Your account is live. Orders, deliveries and dispatch run normally.
- On Hold
- Your 3PL has paused deliveries and dispatch on your account. Your stock stays stored. Contact your account manager.
- Offboarding
- You are leaving your 3PL. Deliveries stop after your last trading date, and orders carry on until your stock has gone.
- Closed
- Your account is closed. Nothing comes in or goes out, and your people can no longer sign in.
