Duplicate Order
Also called: repeat order, double order.
An order with the same reference as one of your earlier orders. It is refused, naming the earlier order, unless you confirm it really is a new order, so nothing ships twice.

On the order form and an upload's page, when a reference was used before, with the box This is a new order.
