Account Manager
Also called: client manager, customer service, CSR.
A Staff Role for a client's contact at your 3PL, who keeps the client's details, rules, account status, people and orders. Each client names one Account Manager, who receives that client's queues and alerts.

In Team Settings, under Roles when you invite someone or change their roles, and beside each person under Team Members.
