Client Status
Also called: account status.
Where a Client Account is in its life with your warehouse, which decides what work the warehouse may do for that client.
Where you’ll see it
In the Status column and the tabs of the Clients list, and under Account status on each Client 360.
What each value means
- Onboarding
- Being set up. Nothing is dispatched, and deliveries are taken only if early receipt is allowed.
- Active
- Live. Orders, deliveries and dispatch run normally.
- On Hold
- Paused by your team. No deliveries are booked in and no orders are released or dispatched. Stored stock stays put.
- Offboarding
- Leaving. Deliveries stop after the last trading date, while orders carry on until the stock has gone.
- Closed
- Closed for good. Nothing is ordered, received or dispatched, and its history stays readable.
