Dock Override
Also called: override the hold, supervisor override.
A Warehouse Manager's or Admin's say-so, with a reason, to accept and receive a delivery for a client that is On Hold. It is recorded on the shipment and in the client's history.
Where you’ll see it
As Dock Override when you mark a held client's shipment arrived, as Override Hold on a shipment already at the dock, and in the client's history.
