Exception Cause
Also called: reason code, who caused it.
Who caused a piece of extra work, such as a QA Check, a re-pick, a Re-pack or a cancellation after release, or a Delivery Complaint: Client, Warehouse, Carrier or Not yet known. A Floor Supervisor corrects it with a reason, every correction is kept, and clients never see it.
