Floor Supervisor
Also called: team leader, shift lead, supervisor.
A Staff Role with everything a Warehouse Operative can do, plus the floor's exceptions. These include short picks, counts that differ from the books, red tags, QA checks, the Weight Override and closing a carrier out early.

In Team Settings, under Roles when you invite someone or change their roles, and beside each person under Team Members.
