Required Packaging
Also called: branded packaging, mandatory box.
The outer packaging a client wants its orders packed in, such as its own branded mailer. Packing into anything else asks the packer for a reason, but never stops the order.

Under Dispatch settings on each Client 360, and on the client panel at the Pack Station.
