Why Undo last scan on the Inbound Station won't take back a receipt, from a closed container to stock that has moved, and what to do instead.
In short
Undo only takes back this station's own product scans, while their stock is untouched in Dock Staging. Once the stock is closed in, moved, flagged or changed, ask a Floor Supervisor to correct it instead.
What you see
There is nothing left to undo
The station remembers only the product scans made on it since it was opened. Reloading the page, opening the shipment on another handheld, or checking in a whole pallet clears that memory. Scans made elsewhere can't be undone here.
The container is closed
Closing a container prints its label with the weights, so receipts into it are fixed. If the count is wrong, ask a Floor Supervisor to correct the stock in the container.
The stock has moved or changed
The units have been moved out of Dock Staging, packed, split, allocated, recounted or merged with other receipts. Undo would do more than take back a scan, so the receipt stands. Ask a Floor Supervisor to correct the stock where it is now.
The scan was flagged
A scan flagged with a Discrepancy Reason, such as Damaged Freight, can't be reversed: its stock stays held and logged. Undo also stops at it, so earlier scans can't be undone either. Flag only after you are sure of the count.
