Also called: item, stock item, article.
One kind of goods a client keeps with you, such as a 200 g candle in one scent. It holds the details of a single unit: its name, size and weight, barcodes, whether it is tracked by lot or serial number, whether it is hazardous, and its customs details. Every product belongs to one client, so the same goods held for two clients are two products.

On the Products menu, under Products › Products, and on every delivery, order and scan of stock.
