Transaction Number
Also called: running number, document number, delivery number.
The number Stockist gives a record when it is created, such as INB-COL-000023 for the 23rd delivery booked in at warehouse COL. Nobody types or changes it, and Purchase Orders keep the client's own number instead.

On each Inbound Shipment, such as INB-COL-000023, and on orders, pick lists and shipments.
