Ship your first order

Load your first order's parcel into the carrier's cage, close the collection out when the driver comes, and see the client's tracking number.
In short
By the end of this step, your client's first order is Shipped, and the client sees its tracking number.
Checklist
- Scan the parcel's label as it goes into the cage, with Load the cage. Its order shows as Loaded.
- When the driver comes, close the collection out with Close out the collection. Before the collection's time, only a Floor Supervisor or above can close out early.
- Check the order under Orders: it is Shipped, with its tracking number under Tracking.
- Tell the client's people how to follow their orders and download their tracking numbers: send them Follow an order and read its timeline and Download shipped orders and tracking.
What happens next
You're done when the screen says "Closed out: 1 Shipment shipped" and the order is Shipped. That is the end of the path: your client's first order is dispatched, and the client sees its tracking number.
